To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, atlantis88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond atlantis88's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

atlantis88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your atlantis88 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

atlantis88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's player protection framework seriously. The following tools are available to all registered players at no cost:
